City Staff has invited representatives from Short Elliot Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) to the City Council’s work session on Monday, November 30th in order to hear about a program they developed with the City of South St. Paul for monitoring odors generated by their various businesses and a process for nuisance complaints regarding those odors.
SEH was hired to test and monitor odors around certain facilities in South St. Paul in order to provide factual data about the presence of odors and odor levels.
