On Friday, July 8th, the City of Le Sueur will hold a park dedication in honor of Dr. Jo Eagle Anderson. This park was formerly known as the Hospital/Softball park located at 510 South 6th Street. Dr. Anderson was chosen for this honor, not only because of his life and career in Le Sueur, but also because of his philanthropy throughout the Le Sueur community. He was an integral part of starting Hospice Care in Le Sueur, an active Rotarian and supported our local Youth Opportunities program. We look forward to honoring Dr. Anderson at this event for all of his contributions to the Le Sueur community. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Refreshments and snacks will be provided by Minnesota Valley Health Center (MVHC). The park dedication will be held rain or shine.
